Mental health is an essential part of a person’s overall well-being. Mental health is real, and affects how we think, feel and act. It plays a role in our ability to handle stress, to form relationships, and research suggests that it can even affect physical health. As one of the new flagship courses offered by AAC, this training highlights the importance of recognising the mental health issues that affect ATADs while conducting advocacy and how to tackle mental health to thereby promote overall well-being
