Girl Up’s Leadership Course
Girl Up’s brand new Leadership Course will help you strengthen your skills and abilities as a Leader of Self, Leader of Peers, and Leader of Change! As you make progress, you will build the skills you need to find your own leadership identity and style, lead your peers and community, and advocate for social justice and change.
Based on global best practice, it is a self-paced online course, which means there are no official deadlines. You could take six months to finish it or race through the entire course in a week!
To get the most out of it, we suggest completing the course in three months and dedicating about one month to each of the three units that comprise the course: (1) Leadership of Self, (2) Leader of Peers, (3) Leader of Change. Make it a Club activity! While you complete the course individually, you can also bring insights, discussion points, and learnings to your Club meetings.
