This guide is designed for youth or social society activists, members of parliament and journalists who want to learn how to advocate for, or report on, access for adolescents to reproductive and health services to reduce HIV infection rates, teenage pregnancy, and other risks that adolescents face. This guide will help you find out where the problems are, as well as help you plan to overcome them.
