This reference guide is one of a series focused on applying the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Approach and the accompanying Gender Equality and Social Inclusion DME Toolkit to different technical areas. This complements the work of sector teams to incorporate GESI-transformative programming within core program models. This guide provides guidance on how to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate an education project or program to address GESI. It provides examples to illustrate this. The structure of this reference guide starts with a review of key GESI concepts, which are covered in detail in the above documents, and then covers the stages in the program cycle aligned with the toolkit.
