IPPFAR is recruiting a short-term consultant with expertise in organizational effectiveness/strategy to work with IPPF Member Associations, Collaborative Partners and selected key actors to undertake a stock-take of the SRHR
situation and opportunities in the sub-region and develop a Regional Plan of Action to respond to the particular needs and realities of the sub-region.
