WoMin is looking for a progressive, feminist popular educator who will lead WoMin’s Pan African political education efforts across the continent.
You will specifically be responsible for:
• Leading WoMin’s popular education work, including the coordination and oversight of our feminist schools nationally and regionally.
• Serving as the primary coordinator of the 18-month Pan African ecofeminist cadre formation programme.
• Developing creative, accessible, and impactful popular education resource materials for the programme.
• Coordinating dynamic and engaging learning events and ongoing processes in support of the ecofeminist cadre formation.
We hope to have the person in place by 1 August 2022. The job profile contains further details about the post and the candidate we are looking for. We hope to recruit a person who speaks and writes fluently in English but is also able to work in Portuguese or French. Our preference will be for a candidate outside of South Africa.
