The Global Fund Advocates Network (GFAN), as a collective of advocates rooted in the HIV, TB and malaria response, works on a full range of related health priorities including access to harm reduction, sexual and reproductive health services, access to essential medicines, universal health coverage, domestic resource mobilisation, and broader issues of poverty, justice, gender equality and human rights.

As such, GFAN has recommended, and now proposes in this document, a unified framework for action to support a coalition to align efforts with others, understand the interlinkages and potential synergies for collaboration, and avoid silos in its work.
