Toolkit guides users on how to implement the Community Score Card (CSC) process. CSC is a social accountability methodology that facilitates good governance through promotion of participation, transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. CARE Malawi has established a local consulting group to provide technical assistance on use of CARE’s CSC.
