Guide is focused on increasing users’ capacity to evaluate the progress and results of their advocacy work. It is intended for leaders, advocacy and monitoring and evaluation staff of civil society organisations (including networks) who are involved in designing, implementing and assessing advocacy projects at different levels – international, national and sub-national.
