Advisory Board Chairperson / Consultant/ Focal Point (Africa) - European Parliamentary Forum on Population and DevelopmentCaroline Kwamboka is an expert in fostering dialogue among and between state and non-state actors aimed at improving investments in health, welfare, and recognition of sexual health and reproductive rights. She is currently serving as the African Focal Point for the European Parliamentary Forum on Population and Development. Caroline has been the Senior Manager, External Relations and Advocacy at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) Africa Region and managed advocacy grants and programmes in 15 countries across Africa and Asia.
Caroline studied Health Economics at the World Bank’s E-Institute and, Strategic Frameworks for Non-Profit Organizations at the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. She holds an MA in Political Science/ International Relations from the University of Nairobi.
