Description

‘Vijana Tustawi’  which means ‘Youth Thrive’ in Swahili, seeks to build capacity among young people with the aim of managing mental problems in Kenya which include depression and suicide.

Created by Catherine Kamau and three of her friends all in Nairobi, Kenya, this digital network for women is enabling the trio counsel and support women through their fears and anxieties.
