Internet freedom can be a daunting topic given the breadth of the topic and the technicalities involved. This event seeks to create a living space for dialogue to better understand important issues around online safety, privacy and participation in Uganda, in an increasingly monitored and monetized world. The event will explore themes around data rights as it relates to freedom of expression and democratic participation in online spaces.
