Caroline Kwamboka

Caroline Kwamboka N. is an expert in fostering dialogue among and between state and non-state actors aimed at improving investments in health, welfare, and recognition of sexual health and reproductive rights. She is the Head of External Relations, Advocacy and Communications at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) Africa Region. Ms Kwamboka currently coordinates advocacy work in over 40 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa; and has previously served as the International Team Manager for Advocacy at Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevoelkerung (DSW).

Ms Kwamboka is trained in Anthropology (BA) and International Relations and Political Science (MA). She also holds professional credentials on Strategic Management, Health Economics and Fertility Transition from the Harvard Kennedy School, World Bank Institute e-institute and The Oxford University, respectively.
